Subway - La Porte

They are very rude here (alma!) my bank was charged, but since she did not see it on the computer, she refused to give me my order, told me that I could pay for it again and the money would be returned from my bank. Metro really needs to increase it at this location and people who have good customer service skills and no employees who treat customers as if they were just annoying. I am very disappointed by the quality of service at this place.

Stopped here on my lunch break. The line was all the way to the door and the people just rocked it and got everyone out quick. No complaints. Definitely will go back.

Ordered 2 teriyaki spinach wraps with all kinds of veggies and door dash brought straight up plain teriyaki with just the sauce in a tomato wrap. The workers need to stop smoking w33d or whatever it is they’re doing and open their eyes and pay attention. Store Manager wasn’t even at the location when my husband went back to give them a chance to make it right. Yikes, do better! Though about having a lazy night using hard earned money to buy a quick eat. Only went here for the convince but will not be returning back to this location. No refund and are only giving us back one full wrap. What a joke

I like their sandwiches but it would be better if the bread was fresher. Also the bread is too long so you usually get some bread at the ends without anything on it!

The cashier (alma) was just horrible at customer service. I had an online order confirmation number and I showed her were payment was processed threw my bank and she still could not help me with getting my order because as she stated I can 't do anything if I don 't see it on my computer
