Kfc - La Porte

This is the worst place ever! Don't waste your time or your money. we visited from the state after leaving the beach only be treated rudely and said we had to wait 12 minutes for huh. we were not even made over the 12-minute waiting period with 6 children, but they rudely took our money and then continue to slam dinge around while our food. When we asked for tellers and cutlery, we were told that they had no one for months. on the parking lot there is a walmart, go and get some! when our food was finally finished, they cried about the restaurant that you are ready to eat instead of just our over 100 dollars worth eating. After we got teller and cutlery and brought our children to eat in the park, we realized that we had no cookies and our mais was ice cold. if the manager wears a red hemd, then she was the rudest and the one who slept around. when we left the kroger parking space on their parking lot, we found out why she was crazy, we interrupted her smoking break! worst experience ever!

Every time I've driven through here (and I've given the place several chances), they've either gotten my order wrong; made me wait 20 minutes for my order; treated me rudely; OR in a few cases, all three in one visit. Doesn't even matter what time of day or night that I go, because it's always the same. I definitely recommend going to a KFC in Pasadena instead; it's worth the extra few minutes drive without a doubt.

Spring break and the kids wanted some food for the evening. Went over to kfc to grab some chicken tenders. They were great. The staff were hilarious. Enjoyed the experience. They had my kids cracking up laughing.

I got a 16 piece chicken tender meal with 8 biscuits and 4 sides and my fries spilled on the way home and when we got home we were short two biscuits and we called back we also told them the biscuits were hard so she gave us the biscuits they were fresh and was giving us the sides as well but they were the oldest ones there not fresh I don't know what's going on with this location I love there biscuits but not for this service I received don't know if I would be back

I just stopped on the way home and got a 12-piece boneless unsauced wings. They told me it would be about 12 minutes and to pull around the front. They brought me my food out before 12 minutes. Get home and sit down to eat dinner to realize my chicken was not cooked all the way. Needless to say, I am not hungry anymore.
