Arby's - La Porte

I chose the curley fries and they were fried so long that they were hard and non-edible. The sandwich was very good .

Manager and staff was absolutely fantastic. Arby's was clean. Manager was smiling and staff was polite.

Customer service sucked. Didn’t say anything to us until the end of our wait. Didn’t repeat the amount due or our order when arrived at the window. Waited a minute to even come to window because of a conversation with a coworker about “she wouldn’t care.”

I DECIDED TO BUY THE MEAT MOUNTAUN. WORST PURCHASE AT ARBYS EVER. THE CHICKEN STRIP WAS STILL RAW, THE CORNED BEEF HAD A SOURED TASTE AND THE BREAD WAS CRUSTY. THE HORSEY SAUCE WAS A LITTLE TOO STRINGY. THE BALD MAN AT THE REGISTER PASSED OUT A FEW TIMES, I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED. THE MILKSHAKE SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MIXED, AS I ORDERED CHOCOLATE AND IT STILL HAD VANILLA!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

The chocolate shake machine is down and I asked if they had any chocolate desserts instead and Victoria was really sweet and gave Reese's cookies instead. She was really sweet!
