Bidra med feedbackStore is definitely nice good parking other than the community parks all their vehicles here so it?s hard for truckers, stores well-stocked and clean, only disappointment is last night while we were here they never turned on the fuel lights and it wasvery dark when you would go into the facility no lights on the gas pumps and we seen a man trip that?s just someone waiting tohave a lawsuit!!
They claim they are a franchise so they won?t offer any of the perks that you are supposed to get free on app. Also had zero fresh food made. And the lady?s inside we?re bickering at each other. And only 2 out of 9 truck pumps were working. I?d keepmoving in to the next location.
Oh my goodness! The staff here, including the manager, were incredibly rude! I asked for food from the chicken cabinet, and the woman assisting us was cursing and slamming the glass doors. I ended up waiting for over an hour as the next person in line while several showers needed cleaning, yet no one was around to help! I strongly recommend parking your truck and walking to Waffle House or Circle K instead. I really don’t understand why the customer service is so much better just across the street! The corporate team needs to seriously evaluate the staff at this store.
I was informed by the cashier that they no longer accept rewards points for two cokes. I suppose that’s why 6 out of the 10 fuel pumps are out of order—we're not a Pilot, after all.
I stopped here to refuel. Inside, they don't accept pilot cards, and out of the three diesel fuel lines, two were out of order. On the one working line, I encountered this situation! If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.
