We had a very good breakfast here, in January..great service and food..Went back for dinner with friends in February...not really busy..service was good..but 3 of us had the stuffed chicken breast special..it was very good..but I had the azteca soup...that must have been put out when the chicken started being cooked..when it arrived at the table.( with the other orders..) it was stone cold..They did take it back & re-heated it..but then it tasted like canned tomato soup.Another time we all ordered a shrimp dish...mine was very hot & delicous...where the others were cold..and that was a very busy night..It is a great place..but when it is busy..and they have a big crowd..they get slammed..and do not bring in extra staff...for a already pre- booked group..We will give it another try next year..

This was our third visit to this restaurant. Always good. Very family oriented, wonderful play area, children of the staff wandering about. Our grandchildren, 4 and 1, able to roam freely. The staff is young, hence the kids, and give very good service. There is bags of parking, in front and behind.And the food is good. I had the Chicken Milanese, not the best one I have ever eaten, but virtually grease free. Our seat mate had a stuffed chicken breast (I would call it chicken cordon bleu) that was spectacular, I was jealous. Her hubby and my wife each had hamburgers that were very good. They had Victoria beer, uncommon in many La Penita restaurants and delicious Margaritas.The place is new this season and deserves to be much busier than it is, I have nothing but good will for the young owners and staff.

I really apreciate having my dinner here! Great músic and great people! Also great to have a kids área! Looking foward to enjoy more of this great and over standing restaurant!!
