Sombrero Mexican Food - La Mesa

Disappointing. Cold meat, wrapped in flour tortilla, guacamole and pico de gallo. Classic Burrito, Carne asada. $11.49. Won't be going back. Ever.

This place is good. You want some Mexican without worrying if it's not good. Go here. The food will not blow you out of the water. But it is consistent. Everything is pretty good have no complaints.

Ordered 1 kids meal. Asked for the rice and bean option as a side order was repeated twice at the window to me paid and got order got home no beans in kids meal. Take time to check your order, even in the drive thru. I have a picky kid, he complained he got shorted all night. Nice location though.

It was a little pricey? We went to Sombrero Mexican Food located by Lake Murray La Mesa, it was our first visit, we went through their drive through and the food came out fast but the quality was not okay? The amount of food did not worth the money we paid for? the chicken chipotle bowl was only 1/3 full and the bag of chips was so small? the green sauce and red sauce were both so watery ???? The burrito was as small as the size of my hand, all our orders were flavorless

Everything was great. The Machaca burrito was yummy and not too juicy. The Woman's tacos were very yummy according to her. Even the dog had her whole beef taco without lettuce. Made it disappear like a wolf.
