Red Lobster La Mesa

We have made a reservation and we have 40 minutes after. Luckily, the bartender looked after us and found us a table. carlos was the best part of the entire experience

When I made the reservation or placed on the waiting list on opentable at 6 o'clock there at 6 o'clock, they had difficulty finding me on opentable but finally found me on opentable for 6 o'clock. they told me it was 30 to 35 minutes, although I had priority, it took an hour, and I mean, over an hour to get my table. I will never go to red lobster again.

Server adam was amazing! it is recommended to ask for his section: . he has done everything so much better.

Everything was wrong! Was served food without silverware and was told they ran out of it. After I spoke with the manager the waitress never came back to check how the meal was and if we needed more drinks. We had to find someone to get our check and to go box. Waitress came back with no box and started an argument and I was told to shut up. When I asked for mgr she said I already spoke with her once. Mgr apologized and that was it. The night was awful! We spent good money and will never go back.
