The setting for this restaurant is quite dramatic, but unfortunately it was dark when we arrived so that we missed the outright. we chose the table d’hôte that had many interesting local elements. the Emu-roll was tasty like the bark meat tars. The...pork-coop offer for the main was hard and a little dry. the trout was more successful. desserts were good, but not magical. I was surprised to see individual butter packages with the brot in a fine restaurant. good wine list. my biggest complaint was the service that was perfunctory and made our experience disappointing.

While we stay in the hotel, we took advantage of our restaurant. it is not one of the best restaurants as per trip advisor, but we enjoyed our evening. we took the table d’hôte and we were not disappointed, eating was nice...and innovated, with local products, excellent. the service was great, our server rally knew its menu, again excellent. I think it's worth the trip.

For my meal, I enjoyed an appetizer of emu and a main course of Quebecois Valal with local mushrooms. My companion chose a delightful trout tartare and a perfectly cooked traditional Angus steak. The desserts featured innovative combinations of chocolate, nuts, goat cheese, sorbet, and berries. The service was efficient and polite, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Overall, a delicious and gourmet treat for the taste buds.

Indulge in a generous breakfast in a sunny dining room with views of the bay. Table service is available or you can help yourself to the well-stocked buffet. I also had dinner here, with the option of choosing a cooked meal or a la carte. I highly recommend trying the emu spring rolls - they were delicious! The service was a bit slow during both meals, but I appreciated the relaxed pace so I didn't feel rushed. The staff were accommodating and happy to cater to those in a hurry.

The view is AMAZING and the food delicious. Four of us picked different things on table d'hôte and all were delicious : small but very tasty.
