Bidra med feedbackFood wasn’t great for what we paid. They were out of a few options in the menu. The waiter we had did everything he could to take care of us though. My steak was on the burnt side and my wife’s fish was bland.
Our meal was a hit and miss. It was a hit for two of us and a miss for the other two. The hits were the crab cakes, steak and lobster meal and the center cut filet. The misses were the burger (the complaint was too many onions) and the rib eye (too tough per the person who ordered it). The GM offered a replacement for those orders. The steaks were not sizzling but warm. The seasonings were done right. There was no bread with the meal. Personally, I would have preferred a few slices of hot buttered bread to French fries (which were done very well by the way). The restaurant was only about 1/3 full which depressed the mood. Servers were attentive and friendly. We did not get dessert but will try at a later date.
We had a wonderful evening here! The general manager went out of his way to get our party of 8 accommodated, and every single staff member we encountered was kind, helpful and attentive! Our server, Stephanie, in particular was AMAZING! She made out night extra special from beginning to end!!!
Everything was great except the food. The food was not what I expected. It’s a beautiful location, great environment, great cocktails, amazing staff, but the food could be better in taste/quality.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The host successfully accommodated our party of 9 outdoors. Our server, Ashley, was delightful and pleasant. The manager would come by to check on us. Our food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. We had such a great time that we didn’t even get a chance to take pictures of our food and drinks.
