Went for lunch what. You noticed the very clean but emptiness and the tip jar right upfront as I ordered a barrito. Then pos equipment asks for a tip? I said, So what out loud again, with the tips. I ask the asian girl why I need to ask or hint for a tip at a fast food place? her eyes rolled back into her skull and said Sarcastic you like clean tables and me being nice? What 's that have to do with your paid job you get paid to do she said, never mind whatever, just hit no, you dont need to say anything. I said i should have to be asked. I was so worried someone would spit on my $12 burrito. It makes people uncomfortable, especially with this constant tip asking or reminders for tips jars. I will think twice and Hesitate going to here again. I already stopped going out to eat by 50% due to the higher price and smaller amounts given you go home still hungry, so what

Staff are friendly, even though the manager tried to convince me to take another meal as their way of saying we are sorry the rice was too dry and at the bottom of the pot and that 's why it was not edible!!! I don 't go to the restaurant to be served food that is not fresh. The food is terrible at this location. I have given this Rubio 's location a benefit of the doubt WAAAAY too many times. No more. They have to improve their food quality especially for the price they are charging.

The grilled shrimp burrito is delicious especially when you add fresh lime and the green mild sauce. It’s a nice balance of flavors when you bite in. This burrito also comes with its own sauce so it’s not dry if you decide not to add anything else. The staff member Christina was attentive to my dietary needs and offered suggestions. They do give you a small bag of chips with your order and they even have some specials if you’re looking for something less expensive.

Food order took a while to come. Tables are not clean, but the sauce bar is great, fuly stocked, and fresh limes. The fountain drinks are a variety of drink flavors with plenty of ice. Take advantage of the taco Tuesday specials.
