Le Pitzou - La Garde-Freinet

I eat in this restaurant yesterday it proudly a TripAdvisor recommendation that I think they need to check, I ordered a main course of Aubergine graphics that when it came consisted of four small pieces aubergine covered in the bottom of a bowl...with an esspoons tomato sauce and a small amount of grilled frank 2 I appreciated the toasts

Le pitzu is probably the only restaurant I would recommend in la garde frienet. the menu is simple, seasonal and reliable and the ambiente is relaxed and welcoming.

Extremely nice with children they are very warmly welcomed, get crayons and cutlery suited for kids. Food is ok, nothing special. However, it is completely overpriced.

We ate here on a Wednesday night in the village. The owners very friendly providing a blanket for one of the group, water for the dog and service with a smile to the three of us! The setting is beautiful, we sat outside on the...small terrace with a view of the mountains and the cross looking down on us! We had the Foie Gras, Entrecôte Sauce Poivre, Chicken Stir Fry and Tartare du boeuf! All very good washed down with local red wine : One to remember if you are in La Garde Freinet!

There are a few restaurants in La Garde-Freinet but every time we came to visit violaine and JP, they made us feel so welcome. The service is implacable and the food is to die for. Highly recommended.
