A rental apartment. It was late January and the weather was cold. Place was nice, but the last 20 minutes of Jacksboro was hairy. The road is two lanes with NO-shoulder and a large descent one foot or so from the road. After the darkness came and it was tense. Very recommended to arrive during the day. Not much in food nearby, so plan to buy your food before leaving the main road through LaFallotte.

I've been at Deerfield Resort for 16 years. I came to talk to my wife's family association. We rented a house here and could comfortably fit 20 people in a house every year. The location is very close to Norris Lake and the house and the grounds were always untouched. It is very expensive for a weekend, but it was pleasant. Now I have to find a way to hang up the screaming children of the in-law... Nothing's ever perfect.

The long curved narrow road is the only drawback of this beautiful resort.

Beautiful location tons of deer and wildlife super quiet cannot wait to come back this summer great place would definitely recommend

Loved it here! House was nice. Scenic views, nice quiet streets for walking. Would go here again for sure!
