Margarita's On The Hills - La Cruz

Hector, the owner is so personable and kind. The restaurant itself is so cute …a palapa hideaway. Musician playing the guitar was so romantic. The food was amazing. So fresh and tasty!! We had a pineapple marg and a cucumber/jalapeño marg…both were delicious, and the jalapeño with just the right amount of heat! We had the coconut shrimp and mahi mahi mains. Coconut shrimp was crisp on the outside and so yummy!! Fresh vegetables that came with it tasted like they had just been picked!! The mahi-mahi we ordered with a cilantro sauce that was heavenly!! Margaritas on the Hill Is a MUST when you are in Punta Mita.

We had an amazing dinner with a beautiful sunset view! The margaritas were fabulous. The food was phenomenal! We started with scallops, guacamole, and ceviche. For our entrees, we had enchiladas (crab or shrimp) and coconut shrimp amazing! A little out of the way but very worth the drive!

Great fun and delicious food and drinks at this restaurant! I had the quesadillas de camarones (shrimp), a strawberry margarita, and the longosta (lobster). Each was fabulous. I really enjoyed the great atmosphere, fantastic and friendly service, and the beautiful views. Prices are very reasonable, and it's definitely a place I will remember and visit again.

Amazing margaritas, recommend the original. Very generous portions and fantastic seafood. Shrimp in Avocado was so simple but high quality and the sauce was great.
