When we went to Castres yesterday, we attended the last service of these Ladies. I'll keep a very good memory of this typical restaurant yes, with retro music, we love! A classic kitchen with very good fresh products. And waitress at the Top. I've been in catering and catering for 37 years, and if my extra waitress) who are 25 years old could be as professional as these people it would be perfect! So those people who leave a bad opinion, don't know anything about our profession. Ladies, I congratulate you for honoring your meter and your institution for 30 years despite the hard blows.
