El Pollo Loco - La Costa

I ordered the 2 piece meal with brocolli, pinto beans, and corn tortillas. I had a side of the avocado hot sauce and the red hot sauce. The chicken was tender and moist, not dry, flavorful, and well marinated. The broccoli was not overcooked and soggy but steamed just right with a little bit of crisp to it. My pinto beans had a great flavor with a little bit of a spicy kick, which I love.The cashier was attentive and engaging. He was polite and had a smile when saying hi and bye. The speed of service was amazing, as they cut my chicken and got my meal to me quickly. Great experience at this location!

The service is very good and fast. The food is good and fresh. The workers are very friendly and the restaurant is clean and quiet

I don't like giving bad reviews to restaurants but this place deserves a horrible review starting with the customer service worse customer service I ever experience the cashier by the name of Roberto to start he ask me for my name I gave him my name he ask me if I was sure that was my name this employee is so racist that really bother me I will never go here again the food was horrible me my coworker order the same thing a double chicken salad they gave us shrimp the shrimp was all burn the avocado was spoil really dark we just threw it away we just wanted to leave that place a.s.a.p

Never been to one until now and I wish we had one in Texas , we love everything we tried!

He thought I had chicken from the day before, it was very old. It's a shame because you pay for something that's fresh.
