Bidra med feedbackI have eaten at this place twice now, I am in the area for weeks. Hiking holiday with the Dog who was welcomed warmly. Super place for coffee, beers or food and on both occasions have spent a good few hours chilling after a...long walk. A place definitely to laze in summer or winter. The food was very good with a good choice and very good value for money. The staff are super friendly and attentive and if I can I will try a third visit before I leave. A place not to be missed. Thanks so much for adding to my adventure
Visited this hotel years ago and recently returned for another stay. La Clusaz is a beautiful resort with a large skiing area suitable for all levels. The Chalet is situated at the top of the mountain beside the piste and has fantastic views throughout....The staff are friendly and the food is plentiful and fantastic! Just what you want to recharge after a day on the slopes. The rooms are large enough and make a comfortable stay. I recommend the hotel for the more serious boarders/skiers who are wanting to be the first and last on the slopes and happy to sacrifice the nightlife.
It is situated just across the first small valley after arriving up the chair lift. Its a combination of self service cold items and all other hot items are cooked to order as you stand in the queue. Generous portions. I had a skiers salad,...large selection of cold meats and salad that comes with chips as well. The cold dishes are covered in cling film so remove that so that he can pop the chips on. There is a basket of bread just at the ends of the counter. Order your drinks then after you ave the food in the same queue. You are not allowed to bring your own food and sit at the table. There was another place further along the path which was much more expensive. Photo os some of the prices posted. Food seemed fine so a average to good.

This is a self service restaurant near the intersection of lifts in the La Clusaz domaine. The self service aspect was quick and easy and the food was fresh and tasty. We had salads that were good. The whole lunch was very quick and just the pit stop we needed on a long skiing day. There was plenty of seating outside although we did go on a low season week-day. To keep costs down it is possible to have a jug of water rather than paying for bottled water.
