Best culinary experience I had in kyoto during the sakura 2019, by far! I loved the hospitality, quality of the food, presentation and keeping of the cook – the latter quality makes a great difference. the chef was calm and happy during the meal that really set the ton for the atmosphere. the whole staff made me a positive impression. as regards food, I must say – the best mistsuppe I had ever lived in my life! I had some nice dinner in japan on my trip, but this special mistsuppe was above the rest. I will dream for months. all in all, I would definitely return to nakatani.
Exquisite. Each course utterly divine, beautifully balanced, totally delicious. A wonderful experience from start to end. The chef is so warm, the space is intimate and classically Japanese. 京懐石はすごく薄味な イメージでしたが 思ってたよりも しっかりしたお味で お料理はどれも美味しかったです お刺身はとても新鮮で 鯛も丁度良い絶妙な 歯ごたえでした 原木椎茸のはさみ揚げ の椎茸が又美味しく もっと頂きたいくらい でした 満腹で締めの炊き込みご飯 も炊いたご飯全てを 食べきれなかったら おにぎりにしてくださって 明くる朝に美味しく頂き 感激です お値段もリーズナブルで また京都旅行の折りには ぜひ寄りたいお店です
界隈の割烹と比較して 比較的安価できちんとしたコースでした 美味しかったです 強いて、細かい指摘をするなら‥ 入り口に喫煙所があり‥店内に臭いが入ってきます また炊き込みが余り持ち帰りにして貰いましたが 子供が握った様な固まりでした‥
