Hanamichi - Kyoto

The fact that the owners were friendly and approachable with English was already a great start, but their food also wowed me, fantastic okonomiyaki and other grilled items such as the scallops that I got to try! High recommend if you want a relaxed dining experience with locals.

Excellent service, food was great. Very homey, comfortable and welcoming. Would come back again definitely Loved the okonomiyaki! P.S. bring a souvenir from home

If u like local restaurant n friendly chef, a must place to go in Kyoto. Took me by surprise that okonomiyaki can be so delicious. The chef cooked with lots of passion n shares his view on food.

Highly recommended for both Japanese and tourists. Great Teppan Yaki dishes, good prices, cold beer, good lemon sour etc etc etc. Enjoy
