Bidra med feedbackMy brother is a regular here. We ordered egg noodles with roasted chicken, spicy beef noodle, and spring rolls. Love the spring rolls, abit different with usual ones I had. But my favorite would be the beef noodle although not that spicy for asian tastebud.
First time here for dinner. Good value, nice interior and quick service, their serving is actually pretty big too. Friendly and approachable staff as well. I will be back :
Pho Xua Glenferrie Road, Malvern<br/ Bun Bo Hue<br/ It’s been a while since I’ve eaten Bun Bo Hue that ever so fragrant Vietnamese dish, well it’s only been a few weeks but by any stretch that is far too long. <br/ I’ve been eying off Pho Xua for a while now, any viet place that calls BBH by its name and doesn’t label it as a spicy pho is alright by me!<br/ This restaurant has a range of winter warmers, duck soup, pho but I only had eyes for one thing. It came out piping hot, my first impression was there was a lack of coriander on the top but the broth underneath looked accented with chili and lemongrass just the way I liked it. As per usual I opted for egg noodles, the chewyness of the noodles was perfection and mixed well with the bold beef soup stock which got more fragrant as you worked your way to the bottom of the bowl. <br/ I’m a fan, the price point while higher than our friends in Victoria street and Footscray was still well justified with some quality cuts of meat and some well spiced pork loaf. If they can add a few more herbs to the topping this will deliver a great dish! <br/ <br/
Just found a new favourite!! Delicious, authentic Vietnamese food all in a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful attentive service. Do yourself a favour and visit Pho Xua. Highly recommend!
Just finished take away for the whole family tonight and everyone loved it. The vegetable dish was full of vegetables and the Pho was expertly prepared. We will become regulars here. Thanks Jason and the team.
