Bidra med feedbackChan Korean Cuisine was another one of those 'looks can be deceiving ' sort of joint. Don’t be fooled by its underwhelming presentation. <br/ <br/ This place served up authentic Korean food. So many words can be used to describe their offerings: scrumptious, wholesome, tasty, homemade and flavoursome. They have all the classic Korean dishes and so far they never disappoint. <br/ <br/ There were plenty of well-portioned takeaway packs ready for sale. Everything was reasonably priced. We will be back.
Location: 383-385 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell,VIC 3124<br/ Ambience: Relaxing ambience as we sat outside watching people drive home.<br/ Staffs : Friendly staff<br/ Food: We ordered the following:<br/ 1. Pork Bulgogi which my husband ordered and we loved its flavor along with a side salad and rice. I would recommend go for pork bulgogi over beef if you’re ok to have pork.<br/ 2. Beef Bulgogi which I ordered and i loved it too, it had its flavors with a touch of sweetness from its broth along with its side salad and rice<br/ Overall: 5/5 rating for the best ever bulgogis i had, must try if ur a korean Bulgogi fan !
Simple authentic homely Korean food that will be sure to satisfy your cravings. We tried their gimbap and it was delish! Took me back to the streets of Seoul! They also sell frozen homecooked soups, kimchi and banchan that you can take home to enjoy with your meal. The service was not 100% but the food makes up for it!
Went there for lunch. Simple and clean décor with fridges packed full with plastic containers of kimchi and other Korean goodies to take-away. The ordering format is akin to a fast food restaurant, but that is where the comparison ends. You order at the cash register, pay, and take a table number. You can help yourself to chilled water from the fridge. With mains at about $12, we were not sure of the size, so we ordered entrees of Chicken Gangjeon which was delicious and just spicy enough. For mains, we had Beef Bulgogi and Chicken Teriyaki which were both served with steamed rice and a light leafy salad. We need not have worried. The mains were more than enough, and the entrees were an over-indulgence. We will return to try some of the other dishes. We went at about midday and by the time we left the pace was filling up.
Nice restaurant, not too crowded (probably because not a lot of people know about this place)<br/ Food here is good, their fried chicken was delicious, crispy and the sauce was just right! Ordered two different types of stew, and the stew amount was generous (some places, the stone pot is only 60% full) so I was content here. <br/ Only sad thing is their opening hours are not long and closes fairly early.<br/ <br/ Will definitely be back soon!
