Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant does not serve traditional hearty food like burgers or typical Chinese dishes. Instead, it offers a variety of specially crafted appetizers, each with its own unique flavors. While I didn't find any dish to be amazing on its own, there were many interesting items to try, such as Chinese yam drink, morels stuffed with flavored rice, and cherry tomatoes crusted in sugar. Some dishes were too spicy for my liking, like the okra, and the main dishes - mushroom rice and noodle soup - were only okay. However, the restaurant provided a beautiful presentation and a unique dining experience. They served tea in a traditional manner, with a kettle burning over coals at the table, poured into a brewing pot, then into a pouring cup, and finally into a small glass for drinking. Overall, it is a special experience for those willing to pay for a tasting menu like this.
This restaurant offers a unique dining experience that is quite different from your typical Chinese or burger joint. The dishes are like specially designed appetizers, each with its own distinct flavors. While not everything was amazing, there were many interesting items to try, such as a Chinese yam drink, Morels filled with flavored rice, and cherry tomatoes crusted in sugar. The presentation of the dishes was also beautiful. Some items, like the Okra, were too spicy for my taste, and the main dishes (fungus and noodle soup) were just okay. However, the experience was really cool overall. One highlight was the traditional tea service, with a boiler burning over coals at the table and tea poured into small glass cups. This tasting menu is definitely worth trying if you are willing to pay the price for a unique dining experience.
