Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill - Kuna

The experience was not good. From being seated at a dirty table by a hostess that would rather watch tv and roll silverware to being argued with by the manager when bringing up concerns about over cooked appetizers and cold fries. And by the way learn your wine pours. The locations at Nampa and Meridain and Boise have never had an issue deciphering the difference.Your saving grace Kuna. Menu prices were FRAUDULENT!!! (See evidence in pictures). We were charged more than the menu prices with the management's knowledge that it was happening. I don't really even care about the small money difference, but the fact that the management didn't make it right is frustrating. When I got my bill, I highlighted to my waitress that the pricing didn't match the lunch special. She went back to talk to the manager to get it fixed. When she came back though she told me that they changed the prices without updating the menus. I understand mistakes happen, but when I called it out to them, it should have been handled. The waitress was kind, but this establishment has some serious kinks it needs to work out.

Excellent food, good variety, affordable. Outdoor seating is nice. The staff is kind of slow but that's okay

The food was awesome as always. Our waiter seemed to be working alone but he didn't miss a thing. Several groups came in but he had everything covered. It was great.Food: 5/5

Food is delicious!The service was pretty good but a lot of waiters kept rushing around.The atmosphere is nice ??Good place to bring kids.We definitely recommend it.
