Starbucks (east Coast Mall) - Kuantan

Worst exit. I was there last week and ordered some dishes with Cawanmushi. Cawanmushi served was not hot. After two pots, I feel terrible and complained. The staff regretted it and changed a new one. I touched the cup and it was hot. The egg is still cold. Apparently they only heat the cup.

Please ask staffs stop eating infront of me. im vip should be respected. this is a pasar malam brothel reataurant.

I would not recommend anyone to dine here. They served bad food and the sashimi looks like they have kept in the fridge for a long long time that the colour has turned brownish and they still serve you.. After complaint was made, a young waiter came and ask me how did the food that I made a complaint taste like. Patiently I described that the food tasted sour and sticky in texture. He told me it is supposed to be like that and this is the first time he had heard anyone making complaint about that (I ordered Japanese jelly fish).. I told him this is not the first time I had the same dish.. He said: I think you are used to the taste from other restaurant. This is how it taste like over here. Sorry. He has never tasted the bad food he served and he just listen to my description and he made a conclusion. Bad food and bad service.

Sushi belt practically only 20% full and no variety. Slow service. Not what I expected at KL outlet. Not going to go here anymore.

Sushi not fresh, esp their chuka kurage. However the staff are friendly.
