For many years, we and our friends WERE regular customers of this establishment. Regarding the kitchen, there are no questions, the kitchen is at a high level. As for the customer service last time it was not there at all, and to be precise it was terrible, despite the fact that the level of occupancy at the time of our visit was small. Contacting the administrator improved the service level only for the next 10 minutes. It is a pity when the owners of this establishment invest in the establishment not only finances, but also money so that the establishment develops and the kitchen is really at a high level, but the service is at a zero level. The mood was ruined for us and for the guests. Of course, more visits to this institution in the near future are out of the question. I celebrated my birthday, booked a place a month in advance, immediately asked for the table to be prepared for 2:00 p.m., hot also for 2:00 p.m. or at most for 2:10 p.m., they brought it at 2:30 p.m., sat down for 7,000 hryvnias, and I was not satisfied, nor the promised dessert in honor of the birthday, NOTHING!!! Not tasty fish, but as it turned out, it was badly cleaned (mackerel) , non-alcoholic cocktails with ice for almost the entire glass for UAH 200, mineral water for half a liter UAH 450 I'm shocked. In the summer, only the summer terrace works, there is very little space downstairs, it is not comfortable, the air conditioner blows only in one direction for 1 person, it is very hot. I was very unpleasantly surprised by the communication in Russian. Both the greeting at the entrance and the service of the waiters are all in Russian, even the menu is translated into Russian when served. 2 points simply for more or less decorated dishes (although the price is accordingly overpriced).
