Unable to handle high demand times of day/weekend. Wait times can then be multiple times the usual. Normally within expectations on delivery speeds and food quality, but lacks a focus on cleanliness.
Ordered through drive-tru. They didn't give any ketchup. No ketchup for medium fries?!Why?! Chicken burger was dry, same as the chili bacon burger. Tried calling them to give a polite feedback but got no response.
Two burned cheeseburgers, one cold wooper, no serving at tables, playground outside closed, rude staff, not impressed
