Lumina - Kreisfreie Stadt Munster

At the harbour in Münster there are many restaurants that LuMinà is located right at the beginning of the harbour basin, opposite Borchardt Theater. Parking is available on PSG Bank Square for 1 Euro per hour. The floor covering windows leave the winter sun generous, I get a 4 table on the window, with sun. On the tables are paper coasters with the weekday offer. Personally, I don't think that's so stupid, but today I didn't care. Operation The service immediately fell by a very warm welcome and fled to the place. On the neighboring table a special request with the kitchen was quickly clarified without any problems. The lunch ticket consists of 7-8 different offers daily between 3.50 and 7.90, a tempting price considering that there are pizza, pasta, salads or soups. I ordered spaghetti with seafood 7,90 and they came on a big hot plate. Usually part with tomatoes, abundant seafood and green chilli peppers, delicious, also with the pepper mill I have a little seasoned. What I liked especially well was a uniform, freshly raised Parmesan rim not on spaghetti, but around it, so the guest can always determine the amount of parmesan. Great offer, beautifully presented and a good lunch. Water 2,20. There was also a delicious herbal spread with 2 crispy slices of barguette. The modern ambience impresses with its skill and simplicity. The bright wooden tables with these paper coasters, small pot palms with red overpot and very tasteful white, uniform porcelain tealights. The chairs with a moderate gray black fabric cover, very comfortable. In the adjacent back room the whole with red covers. I liked an oversized stone vase with a delicate fern (see picture). In summer beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the port. Cleanliness all good

Wir waren zu zweit im Lumina um einen Salat zu essen. Die Begrüßung und die Zuweisung unseres Tisches war eher unfreundlich. Der Salat kam vor den Getränken, er war ok, aber nichts besonderes, Brot fehlte und wurde erst gebracht, als wir den Salat fast aufgegessen hatten und wurde extra berechnet. Hinter mir fiel der Servicekraft ein volles Glas Bier herunter, das Bier spritze auf meine Jacke und meine Handtasche. Der Oberkellner kam, entschuldigte sich und gab mit eine Visitenkarte, ich sollte mich dort wegen der Reinigung melden. (Umständlich, macht man nicht, darauf wird wohl spekuliert.)Nachdem wir das Essen mit einem Cappuccino beendet hatten und nach der Rechnung fragten, kam noch einmal der Oberkellner und bot uns einen Kaffee aufs Haus an, als Entschädigung. Wir wiesen darauf hin, dass wir gerade schon einen Cappuccino getrunken hätten. Das wurde achselzuckend kommentiert und der Cappuccino wurde berechnet! Wäre nett gewesen, wenn der wirklich aufs Haus gegangen wäre. Fazit: nicht noch einmal!
