Top. Visited after calling the hotel who ensured us there would be a table available. Although the restaurant was fully booked, the staff managed to accommodate us after a short wait and a look at the extensive and carefully crafted wine list. Wine selection is a joy for any wine enthusiast, with an overview of all relevant wine regions and helpful passionate sommeliers. The food was delicious and plentiful so do show up prepared to dive in. The chef is sommelier’s mom, as we discovered at the end of the meal. All food had a warm touch to it not surprising. We were welcomed with a unique overview of wine selection with particular attention to Slovenia n rare finds, something any wine connoisseur will highly delight in. Quite a pleasure to share an evening with knowledgeable and invested professionals. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and showed an exceptional level of attention to detail. Our food was exquisite and made more interesting in that it was a bit of a mystery before we had our choices. A wonderful ambiance and great food made for a grand ending to our travel day. We would highly recommend reserving a table to experience their quality. Absolutely delicious meal. The three course menu was rich, flavorful, original, well executed and beautifully served. Servers stopped by frequently to check in and ensure the meal was going well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This was one of our favorite meals in Slovenia while we were staying at the Skipass Hotel! We had arrived quite late to the hotel after a crazy day of bike touring and didn't know what to expect. The restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us for dinner. Despite not having reservations and arriving late in the evening, they still provided amazing service and an incredibly delicious three course meal. We were so grateful for the tasty food and excellent wine after a long day of biking. Breakfast and equally as good, with made to order eggs, cheese and meats, and a great yogurt bowl.
