If it could be zero, that would be too much for this establishment, the worst service at the Tsarsia is that they almost don't get you inside, and when you enter, you start to despair of the service, the kindness of the food.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We liked everything, we came in to have a snack and spend some time. The establishment itself looks quite colorful from the inside. Two servings of cevapi, salad and two beers cost 29 KM. The food was delicious, the service was ok. Even a slight squabble between the establishment’s employees looked nice and not stressful to us, who didn’t understand what they were talking about. This place is clearly made for foreigners, and it has a potential to be an excellent place. Unfortunately this is not the case. The food is okish, with an array of traditional dishes to choose from. They are even not that pricey (7 euros for klepe — a kind of traditional bosnian stuffed pasta) is ok. But everything stinks of tobacco. The staff were all smoking and chatting the entire time we were there. The whole place needs remodeling. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all. You are probably better off just having a burek next door for 10 times less the price.
Ordered the lamb looked nothing like the baked meat and potato combo in the menu's picture. Fatty, grey lamb attached to the spine, plain steamed rice, deep fried potato wedges. No seasoning. Asked for house wine, got something that tasted like house but priced out at premium. Not a smile in the place. Wheelchair accessibility: none Service: Dine in
