Enjoy my first negative review on Google! Ordered for the second time via Deliveryando. For the first time, they forgot to deliver part of the order, but hey, mistakes can happen, right? The food was... The Dutch prices during the operation from the German side of the border, owners brought it themselves. For the second time the driver has no change (yes, I have entered how I would pay on Deliveryando) and takes the food back with him. So I called the restaurant and spoke to the alleged owner who did not offer any solution at all (I did not ask a discount or that, we wanted only the food and always pay full price peak) but instead questioned my first order with them and was quite unfriendly. As a customer who has just been left without food screams, it does not seem the right answer. Guy said he was busy (it is Friday), but I think if someone is unable to deliver to the agreed conditions, they should drop it better. The same thing if you can't stop the stress restaurant business. Hangry me is really unhappy about the unfriendly treatment and will ensure that neither we, nor friends will order there again. And on a personal note to the owner: this is not a densely populated area. People know each other.
