Bidra med feedbackVisitor data: 11.07 2014, 3 persons (including a child) for lunch, not reserved, turnover 27.80 General: We came to Kraiburg on our way home from a rehab in Vogtareuth. We were hungry and returned to the underpass. Parking is opposite, access to the large hall is barrier-free, as the toilets from there (which are also quite generous from the room). However, 3 levels lead to the guest room. There is also a so-called farm garden, which was not visited due to weather conditions. In the house there are accommodation options, the restaurant has been operated for a long time, as various jubilee plates suggest in the guest room. Service: At the beginning we were welcomed very friendly and received the individually designed (i.e. no brewery reappear) menus (linked) that were already a bit worn out. We also have time for the drinks with which most of us stay. The service was probably also the operator and made her job immediately, beautiful, attentive and professional. She was also very attentive: When she noticed that my (body) son is drinking engine problems, she immediately brought a drinking straw. With the bill my son got a small rubber bear (but asked us again if he can have it). Food: There were 2 pigs on butter vegetables with croquets and salad until 9:00. The pork larvae proved more than a paprikalarven (they were spun with red and black pepper, but the sauce was normal roasted juice). Personally, that came to me as a lover of shame, less to my wife, but she just found it so good. But it should be mentioned on the map, not all are a friend of pepper. The butter vegetables consisted of carrots and zucchini and were freshly prepared and delicious. The croquettes (like the Pommes for 2.80 for my son) were 08/15, but this is also good for the price class and not to complain. Unfortunately, the salad cannot be mentioned. Carrots and potato salad didn't feel like they were self-made. I was surprised by the carrots because the butter vegetables were freshly processed. Otherwise, the salad was now more the way to get it on street parties. Why is the salad such a stepchild in the gastronomy? On the tables were menagen with salt and pepper shakers, toothpicks and you were able to hear and admire: MAGGI! I haven't seen that for a long time, and I have room for some kind of thought. Things along with the ambience reminded me of my childhood in the 70s, where they were still standing at the table in every inn. It really doesn't take anymore... The map offers grounded, good-bourgeois cuisine (including 3 vegetarian dishes) and the target audience is probably more local regular guests despite the possibility to stay. At least as a stranger we were expelled quite quickly on the trip. Ambience: The guest room is cozy rustic, old and new components are well connected. It recalls some of the visits of the inn in my childhood, which can also have its appeal in a specific context. There's nothing broken or, for example, a renovation shop. On the tables beautiful tablecloths, nothing for a dinner for special occasions, but go for dinner when you hungry or with the family on Sunday quite a choice. Cleanliness: Everything was very clean, even at angles and webs there was no dirt to recognize. The toilets were also very clean. I don't know. Conclusion: For food go very nice, for special occasions rather not, but that is absolutely not the target group. The price is cheap.
