The best halal food I had in one! I hadn't expected that I found such good bun over rice in seoul. the packs are also fantastic. will definitely visit again!

I have lived in South American for more than 10 years, 4 in the US and travelled all over the world, and I guarantee that any traveller tired from having Korean food 24/7 in Korea will find some comfort here. The crispy lamb over rice sized up with extra Jilhal special white and red sauce will delight anyone looking for a decent place to eat something good in Seoul.

The place is amazing, a lot better than all the other mock ups. Definitely better than halal bros on the taste and price. That halal guys is over rated for sure, its salty as hell and hella expensive. To be honest I would say Jilhal deserves more recognition. Its been about 6 years since I came back to Korea from being abroad around the globe and happy that I finally found a place like this. I go to the chungdam store almost every day and to you all that might visit Korea some time in the future, definitely go visit and taste a little bit of that heaven. The owner guy is quite nice as well he seemed like he's lived abroad cuz he speaks good English. I recommend anything with lamb in it especially the lamb wrap.

My second visit, the combo lamb+chicken on rice is quite delicious and worthy the money. On the other hand, I found the draft beer (Goose Island) quite pricey (W8000), actually more expensive than the food itself! Overall a recommendable fast food spot in Cheongdam-dong
