Ambrosia Oyster Grill

I have dined at Ambrosia Oyster Bar Grill three times and each time someone at my table has taken care of the bill, so I have never seen the menu or prices. The restaurant is classy, not too busy, and has a modern atmosphere with a great view. The meals we had were great, including fresh oysters, delicious prime rib, delicate salmon, and scrumptious desserts. The location on top of iSQUARE in Kowloon can be a bit tricky to find, but the dress code is flexible. The atmosphere is welcoming with a mix of tables and couches, and the view is fantastic. The restaurant is not as busy as other similar spots with great views, which I appreciate as I dislike crowds. My only complaint is the limited options for pinot noir. Overall, Ambrosia is worth a try if you're looking for a special and memorable dining experience without being too crowded, although it may be on the pricier side.

The food is decent, but the service and quality could use improvement, especially considering the restaurant is located on the 28th floor. The building itself looks quite upscale. One positive aspect is that being located at the top allows for a great view of Hong Kong, similar to that from HK Sky 100.
