Kinn Thai Restaurant - KOTARA

The dining experience was enjoyable overall, but there was a slight issue when I asked a server for two straws. She was hesitant and questioned why I needed two. It felt uncomfortable to have to justify such a simple request.

I have been a regular customer for 5 years. I tried contacting the restaurant via email, but it has been a week and I still have not received a response. I am disappointed.

I couldn't finish the pad thai in one sitting, and the kinen dish exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional, the food was served quickly and the quality and presentation were outstanding. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

We had beautiful meals. the satay huh and massaman bark were very tasty and very cheap.

Meals are amazing. We visited 3 times in a month and got the same waitress, she is very very rude. My friend was told to SIT when asking about drinks at the bar. The next time we visited, same waitress said, you no order no...sit ??? when he was waiting for his partner to arrive for a meal, she would not serve a drink at the bar! Third time she told me ... you sit inside, I then responded with a NO this is the 3rd time I have been here in a month and I wish to sit outside! I then sat at outside bench table in the breeze and she was clearly not happy. I cannot understand how someone so very miserable still has a job at this amazing restaurant with fantastic food. It is a Must eat but... if you get a nasty little waitress you need to respond accordingly.
