Bidra med feedbackThis is a wonderful sushi restaurant located in Kota Belud. Sushi is traditionally made with medium-grained white rice, but can also be made with brown rice or fermented grass rice. It is commonly prepared with seafood such as crab meat, shrimp, salmon, and tuna. There are also many vegetarian options available. Sushi is often served with pickled ginger (gari), wasabi, and soy sauce. Daikon radish or pickled daikon (takuan) are popular garnishes. Sushi is sometimes mistaken for sashimi, a dish in Japanese cuisine that consists of thinly sliced fish or occasionally meat served with a side of rice.
There are limited choices for food and drinks at this restaurant. It would be great to see a more diverse and varied menu in the future.
The spaghetti carbonara is delicious with rich, cheesy flavors, but the drinks are a bit pricey.
