Avli - Kos

We returned to this wonderful restaurant after our last holiday. 5 years ago eating is still amazing! I am appalled, I did not ask the waiter his name, I think he is the owner, but the standard of the food is amazing and he is a decent guy who does not try to tear them off with his recommendations! all about this place is highest quality! we had 2 wonderful meals there and I really hope to return a day! for prawn lovers try the prawn saganki it is to die for! the lamb dishes are fantastic!

Very nice restaurant located in a old house, fully renovated and with a lovely patio with flowers. Food is good and service very efficient. The efficiency lacks a bit of warmth and risks of being a bit transactional

We recently visited this while on holiday to Kos, first of all the location is amazing, really beautiful and in a perfectly lighted courtyard. The food is to die for, we weren't sure what to order so we asked one of the staff what to go for and he asked what things we liked and then said to leave it with him and we were not disappointed, he brought out 6 amazing dishes which were absolutely beautiful! This is so very close to being 5 star, unfortunately after we had our food we felt very neglected, didn't get asked how the food was, were not offered more drinks, had to ask several times for the bill etc, it was very busy but still a bit of a let down. Would recommend, but do not go in peak times.

The lamb dish was delicious! Super soft and flavorful. The place was super packed, but still managed to get a table just by waiting. It would be nice if the staff would greet you and give some direction on whether to wait etc.

That is undoubtedly the best restaurant in kardamena (and perhaps even on kos island.) super cool people, fantastic eating and a wonderful ambiente. pro tipp: do not order a main course, simply choose a fee starter (meze) and they will be completely in order. thank you for the great eating people!
