Haniwa - Koriyama

I recently discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend's recommendation and decided to give it a try. Although it's a bit hidden from the main road, you can find it across from the large recycle shop 'Hard off'. The restaurant specializes in Macrobiotic style food and offers three options on the menu along with daily specials. The owner is knowledgeable about veganism and most dishes are vegan-friendly. I appreciated that she double-checked with me about a dish that contained honey. Keep in mind that Japanese will be the primary language spoken at this establishment.

It's best to be prepared to speak Japanese when dining here.
