Stock are very cozy and the staff is very pleasant. But don't make the mistake of laying one of the tables on the ground floor. Here you meet (repeatly observed! on very unmotivated staff. We were here, for example, today (Sunday late afternoon for coffee drink and cake dinner and would like to have gone again. People in the neighboring tables also seem to have felt similar involuntary. Even the service behind the vault was rather unfriendly and simply ignored guests who have come or gone. It's a pity, because the EC is the flagship for the café, which was even the best in constancy in 2008.
While the guests in the Hype-Cafés Pano and Voglhaus only fight for a place in the snake and then for a place, the Café Rosgarten is more pleasant. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor (in the pink salon and in the green salon) you sit comfortably on small tables for two, three or four people and can be brought by the quick and pleasantly intrusive operation coffee and cake. Cappuccino and cakes are delicious, but my little personal highlight are the beards that, like everything else, are made from their own. The price level is as usual in Konstanz. The device is relatively cheesy-screamy, with dolls on the walls and rooms in a single look, but in a certain way cool again. The age of the guests is relatively mixed: from Omis and old couples who fit visually perfectly to the institution, to students, everything is there. In my eyes, Café Rosgarten is a good alternative to the Pano or Voglhaus, where a visit in most cases is in stress for seating.
The café with the special atmosphere I appreciate. It is cozy and welcoming to stay for a while. Cake and confectionery are made from own production and are of very high quality. In their own confectionery, cakes and cakes are also made for various occasions. There is also the possibility to take breakfast or a lunch menu. There is an extra for students the student breakfast. The lunch menu changes weekly. The best café was chosen in 2008.
