Ginza - Konstanz

We eat there as a family (3 adults 1 toddler). The dishes were all very fresh and warm. Large buffet with salad, soup, hot dishes, sushi and dessert. In addition, there is a buffet of raw meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. This can be prepared on the grill. We like to come back.

The noodle soup was nicely hot with delicate chicken in it, fresh vegetables, al dente noodles in a good broth. The chicken broth was still tasted by the projectile amplifier. These are only 4 stars. In the eight treasures, meat, pig, cattle, chicken, tenderly roasted. The fresh vegetables of paprika, Zuchini, onions, mushrooms, yellow puddles were each boiled to the point. We went there with friends. The sushis were fine, the meat was meh, the sashimis were badly tasteless and you could feel the ice cream that it came in your mouth). The employees were not sympathetic. In the end, they let us pay 3€ per glass of tap water and did not trust us when we told them how many we drank, so they went to our table and counted them. We decided to pay two glasses of water separately on Friday night 25€ per person), which seems annoyed to the employees, you should pay together even though we said we didn't even want to.
