La Baguette - Kongsberg

Brilliantly good food.. minus: there can be a long wait due to a large queue, could have had a slightly larger venue.

We stopped by Buskerudsenteret to shop, and considered whether we should buy baguettes here, but I have been really disappointed when we have bought at La Baguette in Gulskogen, because of the poor service. Here, on the other hand, we were greeted by a pleasant clerk at the till and she who made our baguettes. Despite this, I chose one that has been removed from the menu (egg and tomato), but they managed it anyway. Without having to ask for anything, I got 2 eggs when I ordered a large baguette, which they at Gulskogen were stingy with, but here I got it in a bag and sack, and the bacon was very nice and good. Very satisfied, they at Buskerudsenteret will brag about their La Baguette

First and foremost good service. Gry, who dealt with me, was cheerful and accommodating, even in a hectic pre-Christmas period with many waiting customers. There are also good baguettes at a reasonable price. Plenty of filling and fresh bread. Note, long queues, lots of customers and somewhat small premises.

Always loved that baguette but after it was new it is far from the same. the roast beef doesn't taste the same, nor does the remoulade. the salad is mostly just leaves. OK enough that all the baguettes have been renewed, but then it seemed that the food could have been the same.

Two employees, one in the back room, while the other spoke to his friend and had no interest in helping. the food itself was good.
