Kfc Kotahena - Kolonnawa

The service was lacking and unprofessional. Customers were not treated well, as if the employees were indifferent. The tables were not cleaned. When a complaint was made to the manager, they were unavailable. This KFC used to be a good place, but not anymore. Hopefully, they will improve their service.

I visited this KFC restaurant for a lunch featuring their delicious fried chicken during late hours. I'm happy to report that they met our expectations. The exterior of the restaurant looked nice, however, the seating arrangement could be improved.

The restaurant had abysmal service and very limited menu options. The drinks were also subpar, with no ice or cold options available. Additionally, there was no seating available and customers had to eat standing up.

Beautiful fast food restaurant.
