Bidra med feedbackThe name of the place could be Jaisalmer- Sonar Kella, but do not expect you to only get Rajasthani food there. I don't think people in the city love Rajasthani much. I once tried Rajasthani thali, it was full of ordered Indian bread and lots of vegetables preparation. I personally don't like Rajasthani much, and I expect most people in Kolkata will not love it. They kept the name and set the ambience accordingly. Coming to the food, we had some of their best delicacies: • Chicken Lasooni Kebab As a rule, Lasooni chicken kebabs are made of juicy chicken lumps marinated with garlic and other spices and spices. But here, at Jaisalmer, she uses chicken leg pieces to make the Lasooni kebabs and they were just as soft and succulent. The chicken pieces were first marinated with garlic, ginger paste Grene Chili Paste and with other spices and masala. Then grilled slowly in the pan. • Gondhoraj fish Tikka people in the city love to have fish, and always prefer a preparation of fish when visiting any restaurant or café. Then smell and effect of Gondhoraj lebu (lime) is preferred by most people in Kolkata. Gondhoraj lebu is used to cook many dishes such as chicken, fish, egg and can also be consumed in raw form. The fish fillet is marinated with Gondhoraj lebu juice, ginger paste and salt and then mixed well. Now prepare the steam and cook it slowly. • Ajillo Prawns- This is a dish comes from Spain as a pawn with garlic, aka Gambas Al Ajillo, in which they added some Indian touch and renamed it to Ajillo Prawns. High quality jumbo shrimps are required to produce this dish, as after cooking, the size of shrimp shrinks a bit. Here four Jumbo size shrimps were placed in a beautiful plate, beautifully presented and filled with vegetables that were stuffed in the garlic paste and olive oil. This court is highly recommended. • Mixed Hakka Noddles and Kun Pao Chicken- This is an absolute combination for which many of us long. Noodles along with a Chinese leg is a combination that has been popular for many centuries. The kung pao chicken had vegetables like capsicum, onions stir in oil and along with chopped ginger and garlic. Then only a few sauces are poured and then the golden fried chicken stables were sat with sauce and vegetables and turned into a large supplement for mixed noodles. The noodles were thick and had a lot of vegetables, eggs and chickens in them. But there was no prawn in it, so people with health problems (such as allergy) of prawns have no problem, but prawn lovers will miss the prawns in it. • Grilled bhetki with lemon butter sauce A whole small bhetki is used for the preparation of this dish. The bhetki is coated with flour and then sprinkled with butter in a pan and then sprinkled some salt and other spices in it. Then butter is again melted in the same pan and a lime is squeezed in it and mixed with butter. Then this sauce is poured over the fried fish fillet. In addition to grilled fish, they served vegetables and lemon butter rice. The rice was also made in the same pan, with a slight amount of butter and lime in it. The socket is really huge, can easily accommodate about a hundred people. You have two types of seating area that you can get from the picture, one is normal chairs and tables and the other is a kind of a little private section with sofas. The walls are very beautifully painted, with beautiful scenarios and graffiti in it. They also offer banquet services for receptions, engagement parties and private functions. So you can contact them for any kind of parties. Coming to their hospitality was really remarkable. They were very humble and helpful and served the dishes just in time. I hope to see you again soon.
On the eve of Diwali I visited this place for the first time for dinner. Located in the heart of Saltlake Sector V, just minutes from IEM College more, in the Globysn Crystals building. The ambience of this place is very well maintained and very innovative and will certainly remind you of Sonar Kella. Within the rest, the ambient light gives you a different feeling. You have a beautiful bar counter, Hookah Square, which serves above. Apart from these beautiful decorations they also have live sports screening. We ordered 2 non-veg buffet for dinner, which costs us around 950 €/person without drinks. They serve us all items on our table, although they have a separate corner for buffet, even where you can go and have your food. The food from the starters to the main course would suggest us if you can't eat too much, don't go to the buffet. We believe that for two of us the crowd was more, so very fast ended. All items are unlimited except the welcome drink. Suddenly each product was freshly boiled and served hot. For Biryani lovers, Biryani is not so great compared to other buffets in Kolkata. Apart from biryani, each product was delicious. In the desert we baked Sandesh, Brownie with ice and hot Gulab Jamun, who was pritty tall as BBQ. My overall experience was good. Now coming to the beverage part, all product prices are comparatively low than other places. We ordered 1 glass of red wine (€550) and a Corona Extra (€599) together with the buffet. With drinks it serves hot peanuts, which is also in good amount and unlimited. All employees are very polite and helpful in this place. Mr. Sujit Maity served us, he is such a great man, loved his behavior and humility. Finally, the boss of this place Mr. Kamal Giri, cooked very well and good behavior person and kindly also. We interacted with him during our buffet, honestly, never met such a humble person as him. I would recommend to everyone to try their buffet. They change their buffet menu every day. Menu Recommendations: Daal Makani All starter Crab Mutton rara Nun/ kulcha Baked Fish Hot Gulab Jamun Brownie With Ice Location: Globysn Crystal Buliding
On the first floor of the globsyn building, this restaurant has its own signature. Whether their starter or the ambience of this restaurant, they definitely earn a 5-star rating. They tried her grilled chicken harisha mayo, it was so cumbersome. Nice place to hang around with Ur family or friends. Staff behaviour is very good. From start to main course everything was very appealing and tasty. Very recommended for this royal dining experience with a few drinks.
Jaisalmersonarkella has presented her Pujo special items that meet a number of kitchens that not only delicious but also. The ambience of this place is very cozy with a dedicated set of royal pillow chairs where you can enjoy your meals with a royal touch and others than that the place can hold more than 50 people in a time with its humble decor. They also provide banquet services for receptions, engagement parties and simply functions in general. The highlight of this menu are the North Indian delicacies and the Chinese Indo preparation of Lobster and Crab. The articles I would recommend are: *CHILI LOBSTER *MURGH LEHSOONI KEBAB *CHICKEN CHEESE BOTI STICK *DAHI KEBAB *CHICKEN BIRIYANI *CHICKEN RARRA PUNJABI *MUTTON BHUNA *GARLIC NAAN To enjoy all these disadvantages, you will receive your hands freshly decorated in home decorating, which very refreshing. I would suggest to try her WATERMELON ORANGE MOJITOS. They taste brilliant. Immerse yourself here during the Pujo and spend some amazing time with your loved ones. P.S. Try her lobster.
