Eggsplore is a dine in restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating located in Borivali West. This place is famous for egg dishes. I ordered few dishes when I visited this place and they are: 1) Egg Chilli Dry Boiled eggs fried in batter with chinese chilli dry gravy. This dish was given the chinese twist and it really tasted awesome. Must try dish out here. 2) Lasooni Kacha Half fried omlette mixed in red garlic chutney topped with grated cheese served with brown bread. Quantity of this dish was really good and the brown bread was toasted when served with the eggs. Loved it. 3) Australian Half Fry Green cheesy boiled egg gravy served with pav which was dipped and fried in butter. The curry was really well seasoned and balanced and tasted really well. Would highly recommend this dish. The service was really good and the staff was courteous and humble. Interiors has wall art which is eye catching having all social media channels. The tables were covered with these as well.

This place is very good for egg lovers. !!! Everything here is aboutttt Anda Anda Anda. Loved the ambience and even the food was good. We had 4 dishes Egg chilly Rajasthani mehfil Eggsplore spl pizza Egg pasta. The most loved dish was the egg pasta and the egg chilly. Must try these two guys.... And also the price of dishes are quite less and the quantity is more

EGGSPLORE This place is the heaven for those who loves eggs. The place has lots of new varieties and inventions of dishes which will definitely loved our heart. The service is also very quick as in few minutes the dishes are served. Eggsplore has many outlets but mostly I loved the Gorai outlet. Eggs poster are setup everywhere on wall and they have both indoor and outdoor seatings. The ambiance is decorated in a beautiful way. WHAT WE TRIED : Cheesy Nachos with Egg Half Fry This combination was very new for me as I had never tried before. The dish was not that good as due to hot sauce Nachos get melted due to this chrunchiness was gone and the taste was some bit good. Mexican Half Fry This dish was perfectly cooked as I loved the most Rich Flavours we're comming out from it. As it was served with soft buttery pav. The Mexican taste was very good with eggs. I recently visited here with my friend since we both are huge egg lovers. We tried out : Starters Egg chili dry med. Spicy) Boiled dry kofta Main course Hyderabadi omelette Butter egg mughlai extra spicy) All four dishes are mind blowing ! Perfect blend of spices, great taste and appealing presentation! Hygiene, staff, food, ambience, price and quantity all are upto the mark! Egg lovers, this is a must for you dont miss this out

Eggsplore as the name suggests is a place where egg-based dishes are a specialty. I visited this place with my friends and would like to say it exceeded my expectations. Egg-based dishes are always a delight to have and this place is definitely meant for all the egg lovers. They have indoor seating which is on the smaller side as well as outdoor seating which is quite spacious. The whole restaurant's theme is based around eggs and I feel they did a great job in designing it the way it is. Location: This place is located opposite Shanti Daam in Gorai close to maxus mall. It is convenient to travel from Borivali station. Dishes ordered: Starters: 1)Egg Lollipop: We ordered this just out of curiosity to see how it would be and were utterly disappointed. I will not say the dish was bad but it is way overpriced for 6 small pieces which didn't even taste great and to put a cherry on the top the dip was way salty. 2)Paneer chilly dry: This is one that I enjoyed a lot well-cooked paneer with veggies around it and the bursting taste of the puree made it a delight to eat. [RECOMMENDED] 3)Veg paneer cheese wrap: As far as wraps go I loved this one. Veggies with an adequate amount of cheese. 4)Veg paneer schezwan wrap: To be honest I didn't like this one. I don't know what it is but overall I didn't find it special in any way. 5)Peri Peri Fries: They didn't taste like peri peri fries neither were they crispy but it was good to have either way. Main Course: 1)Maharaja Lazeez, Butter Egg Mughlai, Gotala Red and Omani with pav These three dishes are the ones which are kinda similar. The one that I would recommend is Maharaja lazeez which is a little spicy which I loved and the taste is just too good. If you are not a fan of spicy dishes gotala red should be your choice as it is prepared with tomato puree. Omani was good but didn't enjoy it as much as the other two. Drinks: Banana Milkshake: It was just a normal banana milkshake within their unique bottle. My ratings: Ambience 5/5 Staff Behaviour 5/5 Food 4/5 Worth the buck 3/5
