Bidra med feedbackAmazing variety of food. Kung pao potato, avacado hummus one of the great options. Friendly staff. Only scope of improvement was they made us wait for 20 minutes while almost all tables were empty considering they had reservations, but we were with an infant and would have expected a little empathy there. Only 1 table was occupied when we entered so they can be more accommodating and adjust better. Would recommend a visit for sure
Sapphire Location Restaurant is Just a little away from juhu beach, on the ground floor of the Emerald hotel. So a perfect location for a restaurant as nearby beach.(4.5/5) My Recommendations • Cold Coffee • Broccoli Parmesiana • Multani Kabab • Cannelloni Florentine Theme Serving a vegetarian food in the restaurant of the hotel. Concept is very basic as serving to the needs of local and in house guests.(4/5) Ambience Restaurant has AC dining area on the ground floor of the hotel so can be easily accessed by local guests as well as in house guests. Interiors are kept basic with good size of tables, couches and comfortable chairs to sit, guess that’s what everyone wants. Lighting was very bright which I really liked to be honest. Got few TV’s in the dining area for your sports love. (4/5) Food and Beverage Here they have really done amazingly, was totally impressed with the taste and presentation of the dishes which were served to us. Being a vegetarian restaurant they have good number of dishes on the menu card. Menu card was divided in few sections like low calorie menu, Indian, oriental and continental menu. Beverages are lacking behind in this restaurant Ifeel, due to insufficient beverage menu. They should introduce few mocktails in the menu I feel. In beverages I tried sugarcane juice which was tasting really fresh, cold coffee was excellent (Perfect as what I like) and fresh lime soda. Going back to food I tried more of oriental and continental food than Indian food. Menu is not really huge but covering each segment thinking of the palate of common Indian human being.(5/5) • BROCOLLI PARMESIANA (Soup) Perfect startto the meal I must say. Broccoli soup made with broccoli puree and few tiny florets of broccoli in the soup and topped with parmesan crisp made with grated parmesan. Always loved the combination of broccoli and parmesan. Perfect consistency and perfect seasoning were the highlights of the soup.(4.5/5) • MEXICAN QUSEDILLA (Starter) A super delicious quesadilla stuffed with mushrooms, cheesy sauce, mix peppers, olives, lettuce etc. Sour cream and tomato salsa served along with the quesadilla. Tasted really nice and tangy after the bite. Salsa was really nice n chunky, tangy enough. (4.5/5) • MULTANI KABAB (Starter) Paneer chunks marinated in Indian spices and chutney then cooked in the tandoor along with green pepper cubes and tomato cubes, served along with green chutney. Paneer was super creamy and literally melting in mouth. Presentation was spot on. A must try dish friends.(5/5) • CANNELLONI FLORENTINE (Pasta) Garlic hinted spinach stuffed in the cannelloni pasta and topped with tomato sauce and cheese sauce. Gratinated dish garnished with sliced black olives. Cheesy sauce, good amount of garlic in spinach and tomato sauce were doing magic here. A must try dish who loved cheesy/creamy pasta. Tomato sauce was really chunky and tangy.(5/5) • MUSHROOM AND PANEER CHILLI WITH FRIED RICE (Main course) Mushroom and fresh paneer coated in batter and deep fried, later tossed in Manchurian sauce along with mix peppers. Flavour of Burnt chilly as written in the menu card was missing to be honest. Good dish to order if you are looking to eat something in oriental along with veg fried rice.(4/5) • RABDI WITH GULABJAMUN (Dessert) Don’treally think that I need to explain this dish to all the foodies. Homemade rabdi topped with homemade gulabjamun and garnished with sliced almonds to give a perfect ending to our meal. (4.5/5) To sum up Being a vegetarian place they have not really thought of something out of the box, the chef has kept his basics clear and worked on that level which Ifeel is really appreciated. Would love to see few of the mocktails in their menu. Let me tell you that food was really amazing and had simple dishes made in a special manner. A must visit place for all the vegetarian lovers who wants to try pure veg serving restaurant. Strongly recommended friends.
Bombay 49 was a very good experience. I went with my family and the ambiance is also very good. They also have a open dining area. The dishes were very good and loved it. They also have very good mocktails and deserts. Also they have a bar counter. Must visit!
An open air place with good music and beachy vibes was hidden to my eye for long! Loved visiting the place, it was good overall but at points I found cocktails much sweeter than my taste. The food is delicious! Their crispy lotus stem chilly is love! Do try their North Indian food too!
