Mcdonald's - Kokomo

Although I had so many not so great experiences with this special mcdonald’s, I would like to give credit where it is due. today's order is fantastic! I had two different people coming to my car as I locked up. I suppose it was a manager who came out the first two paintings. explained a few things and returned. came out a few minutes later and gave me my frappe. explained that eating is soon out. 2 minutes later a young man came into my window and gave me my things after I was sure I had my complete order. to be on the spot! very pleasant with this visit!

Very unprofessional. asked for a mcchicken level add 1 spice. the first 2 sandwiches were not right. then waited 30 minutes for the replacement sandwiches they said they would bring us out, but never. there were no cars behind us for these 30 minutes smh

Was little slow they couldnt get orders out in right order had to wait for meals could see all the fountain drinks stacking up. Ordered 2 quarter pound combo meals no onion no salt fries so kinda figured I had to wait a little longer but not that long.

My burger came with no patty and a receipt was inside of it melted to the cheese : when I called the location the MANAGER hung up on me. They then left the phone off the hook so I (along with any other customers couldn’t call them. It’s okay though! I’m now going out of my way to contact the regional manager over something that really didn’t need to be a big deal :

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the slowest McDonalds in Kokomo!! When you sit in drive through for 15-20 min, there is a problem. The one on the south side on Lincoln is sooooo much faster I zip right through there. Horrible!
