Bidra med feedbackI've been in this restaurant twice and both times were great. The atmosphere was very comfortable and they know what to do in the kitchen. Very recommended to check out this place.
First impression, as two of the red wine offers (bottles) we are completely out. Order the special, a New York strip, medium rare... delivered me moderately. They gave it back, and they brought me the two sides to dinner while the new steak was grilled. A new steak was perfectly grilled, but without taste. It may sound like I'm a defendant, but if you go to a place with four star reviews, you expect them to cook a steak.
It was.okay. I'd make another attempt. Beverages were good, lobster bisque was delicious, creamy, and had great taste of the chicken park was crispy. Steak could have had a little more taste. The cheese cake was creamy and smooth and the sweetness was not exaggerated. Try it!
The place is hard to see from the parking lot.Lovely place with limited seating so make a reservation which you can do from their website. The night we went there was live music which I have to say was quite good and at a level I could easily have dinner conversation at the table. The place was elegantly set up with a large bar in the center of the restaurant. Now enough with ambiance and onto the food. We started with drinks my wife had wine (they have a decent wine list) and my friend and rolled the dice and ordered my favorite drink which I tend to judge a bar on, an Old Fashioned. We received our drinks and I could tell not a common drink made they made it off a quick recipe card and that fine, it was what I ordered and paid for old fashioned nothing amazing but also wasn't completely screwed up like I am accustomed to when ordering them. Bread was brought out and we ordered appetizers, we ordered the shrimp cocktail, meatballs, and Caprese salad. Shrimp cocktail was good they use jumbo prawns the cocktail sauce wasn't that spicy. Meatballs we're a little overdone on the outside but good and served with marinara. I love Caprese a salad and it was as expected. Next I had the lobster bisque and I have to say, it was quite good. I would go there again just for the bisque. For my main course I had the chicken marsala without mushrooms, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It could have used a little more salt and pepper but overall quite good. The asparagus was cooked perfectly the chicken was tender and not dry at all the sauce was the perfect consistency. Over all quiet good. My wife has the sirloin with risotto in a baked potato she said hers was quite good but the risotto could have used a little more salt and pepper (oddly there was non on the table) our friends enjoyed their meals as well. We sat and enjoy the music for a bit after the meal before retiring for dessert at another location. Over all the food is good definitely going for a higher end. Price while wasn't a deterrent for us could be a factor as it is on the higher side for Kokomo, but I think we'll worth it. Wait staff was attentive and courteous. If your looking for a nice dinner out or a good date location I would highly recommend giving this place a try.
My husband and I went for our anniversary. We wanted some place new and fresh. From the moment we entered to when we left we felt welcomed. The food was wonderful. The Lobster Brisc was excellent. Thoroughly loved the experience and we have found a new Italian restaurant that was comfortable and welcoming with excellent and affordable food.
