Rohmuhle - Königswinter

My daughter and I arrived at 11:10 after difficulty in finding parking but had a reservation for 11. The Service couldn’t find our reservation on the handwritten page (I received a reservation confirmation email the day before). Told us to choose any table on the terrace which we duly did but the wind suddenly picked up and I asked if we can go indoors (as per the email suggested). Well ….. we were apparently inconspicuous for around 15 minutes before we asked if we could order. The waitress tried her best to not make eye contact and could get going to the kitchen fast enough and we weren’t sure if the full order was heard. Food was okay but the cold toast was not appreciated. Maybe next time we will try a different cafe!!

Very good dinner, nice service abd great view over the river. The menu has a bit too few German dishes, but in general it is a nice place to spend some time.

We celebrated a colleague's birthday here and we all enjoyed the night. The service is good as usual and the place is cozy. The location is good as it is by the river. They got a terrace that is perfect on warmer days. You also got the afternoon sun! Food is good as always! I had pasta with crabs and then a lava cake for dessert. It was wonderful!

We like to eat here regularly and in summer especially when you can sit outside. it always takes a long time to get served and the food comes, the bill also leaves you waiting for yourself. eating is good and the portions decent. the last time I had the shiny carving with pommes. the pommes has disappointed me. such cheap riders simply do not belong to such a locality!

Sit on the Rhine ... enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a mojito or a delicious beer! Clear, well eat is also!
