Bidra med feedbackOn 16.03.24 at 7 p.m. I ordered plaice with supplement to take along (for a lady/ Latin American origin, dark hair, dark complexion. After the cassing, well-noted without gloves, she grabbed directly the fish again “OHNE” gloves, without aids (tong, fork etc with pure hands, without having previously disinfected it!!! And put it in the frituse! When she talked to it, she reacts completely stubbornly and unfriendly with the statement that it is! I told her it was unhygienic and unimaginable that it was always like that!? Then she said I can go if it doesn't fit me. I think she missed the last hygiene training!!! After a discussion, thanks to her colleague, God came to help and apologized for her behavior and told me that I am right and there are gloves everywhere. That's what I'm thinking. I then got a new plaice under hygienic circumstances! For me a catastrophe as this lady's food is being prepared. This is how guests are infected with salmonella, bacteria or viruses!
Watch out for North Sea!!!! I saw them yesterday! When I addressed the woman, only Ouh jaa came and would be sold.
It rarely happens that I throw food away... But this Vish_Chip mitt , was unfortunately completely unfit. Overall, the frits were labbrig and dried hard at the ends. Where we're dry right now. The fish was not only dry, it also tasted as if it had run from the North Sea to the store. The panade with sesame around the fish would have been if fresh and hot, probably really good, but almost cold was also a surprise. If the operation had not been so courteous, that would have been a zero-star rating.
I was now two times in the new North Sea in the Hbf, once for lunch with menu and once for breakfast with baking rolls. I don't know what's going on with the staff there, but I get either tiny portions at hammer prices(not even hot! or not with beautiful products. The MA partially sleeping and mask hanging under the nose. Then I don't want to know what it looks like when you don't have any trouble. Actions (Germany-wide! are partially not accepted or forgotten by their own staff. The second star is just because I'm actually a fan of North Sea and in comparison, the one on the signgasse 10x is better!
Usually no star deserves! The staff is customer unfriendly at the highest level! I don't leave my money in the branch again! Others make it much more service-oriented. In a gastronomy, the hygiene rules should simply sit. Very bad experience, I would rather have read the reviews. Once and never again.
