Porta gremberghoven. never again. since september 2021 we wait for the delivery of the drawers for the windwear. catastrophic bypass with complaining, days long wait in the so-called hotline, then no one responsible. then write that one is good, then suppliermin promised: today 22.2.22, instead of the missing drawer, the body of windwear was delivered! lack of engagement, structurelessly constructed complaining management. here the left does not know what the right (also not) does.
At the beginning of august we were in porta and wanted to buy a bedroom for our son. we have said that we are out of the flood area and want to make our children a little joy before he goes to school. that was the only thing we could do for our son, so that he sleeps again in his own room (he had feared since the night the cursed great.) the seller told us that we should expect a delivery time of 6 weeks. we accepted that. after about 9 weeks, however, we have received a faulty delivery. After we have telephoned several times and asked for a post-filling 2 times in writing, we finally got a delivery last week, but it was again a wrong spare part. So we're already over 4 months and our son has no cabinet yet. as a Christmas gift he wanted a bedroom! even if we wanted to do it for him in august! we regret that we have ordered in porta. we are very sorry that our son has dreamed of his own bedroom for a few months. we have already paid the purchase price completely on the first day and can no longer afford a new room. we are waiting for the manager's call. who knows when he calls us back!
