Vaca - Koebenhavn

Their customer service is quite bad. I placed a take-away order and they unfortunately forgot some items. I called them right when I got home and was told to write an email and that I will get a refund for whatever was missing. I did that and even though the auto-reply promised 48h reply time, I still haven’t heard from them over 3 weeks later. In the mean time I called them and was assured I will get the refund but it just never happened. The food is alright, but the experience was so annoying I won’t order from them any time soon.

We ordered catering from VACA for an event. The food was delicious and it was easy delivery. Can definitely recommend!

Nice food, cheap and good vibe as in Mexico. But long wait.

Worst Mexican food I ever ate. So expensive for poor quality. Worker not friendly, food was poorly assembled... Never again
