Simply delightful lunch and dinner experiences there. The head chef was extremely well versed in various condiment preparations, his preservation techniques were especially notable; complex preserved cod, aged tofu, fermented sesame are but a few to name. Each course was very imaginative Japanese fusion cuisine and explosive in flavour; it also expresses how much they really care about the ingredients and components in all their creations. I was pleasantly surprises by their new interpretations of traditional Japanese dishes. In addition to that, the head chef is extremely kind and thoughtful. After returning there the second time for lunch, I mentioned that my partner just recovered from sickness, and he tailored the course meal for him who had not been eating well for two days. He was very impressed, touched, and most of all, 'fulfilled '—since he could not stomach to eat anything at all before that. I think instead of a long description of every single course, I suggest you give the amazing and creative meals there a try.
